It has come to our attention that certain media reports and externally distributed materials have cited a preliminary land development “concept proposal” previously prepared by our company, without our prior consent. Furthermore, these materials have been presented in a manner that misleadingly suggests the project is currently active. To prevent any misunderstandings, we would like to clarify as follows:
1. Status of the Concept Proposal
Our company was commissioned to provide consulting services regarding the potential development of approximately 8,000 square meters of land.
Multiple proposals were created and presented to explore the feasibility of the project.
These materials were merely preliminary concepts and were not finalized through any formal agreement or contract.
2. Unauthorized Use and Resulting Misunderstandings
The aforementioned materials have been quoted without our prior review or approval and are being portrayed as if they relate to an “ongoing project.”
This has the potential to mislead viewers and concerned parties, leading to misunderstanding about the current status of the project.
3. Our Current Involvement
Discussions regarding this project ceased at the planning stage, and the project has been effectively canceled.
As of now, our company holds no business or contractual relationship related to this development.
We remain committed to providing accurate and transparent information and to further strengthening the trust we have built with our stakeholders. We respectfully request your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that information shared publicly is based on verified facts.
Please be advised that should the unauthorized use of our materials and dissemination of misleading information continue without our prior review and consent, we will take appropriate measures, including legal action through our attorneys, to protect our reputation and rights.
